Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Analytics Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the Commercial team's strategic efforts by:

· Preparing financial models and conducting in-depth analysis to evaluate various high-stakes transactions, including:

o   Vessel sales and purchases

o   Equity raises

o   Profit-sharing agreements

o   Investment in new maritime technologies

o   Vessel financing and refinancing

· Managing and coordinating various commercial projects to ensure timely and efficient execution

· Preparing presentations for both corporate and project-related initiatives, tailored to different stakeholders

· Maintaining comprehensive records for market research and business intelligence purposes, ensuring access to up-to-date data for decision-making

· Facilitating communication between departments to ensure smooth project flow and alignment across teams

On behalf of our client we are recruiting a results-driven professional to join the on-site team in the role of Project Manager to lead local and international team members to the successful completion of assigned scope as part of the Project Management Office reporting.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

The Project managers will report directly to the Project Director and has as main accountabilities:

·        Develop and provide strategic direction over assigned scope and ensure execution in alignment with the overall project goals

·        Establish a framework and methodology for execution of and monitoring of scope in alignment the project governance in various contacting environments including governance of EPCs

·        Assign projects to personnel functioning as deputy project managers and project engineers

·        Accountable for the on time and on budget execution of assigned projects requiring collaboration with outside groups such as construction, engineering and project controls

·        Manage and oversee contract administration and contract monitoring functions for the provision of services from EPCs and other contractors

·        Supervise, direct and accountable for the direct output of each member of the project team

What you will do:

Key responsibilities and expectations

Ø  Draft, review, and manage contracts, including creation, modifications, and terminations, in accordance with company policies.

Ø  Maintain reliable and updated records of client contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ø  Communicate daily with Sales, Account Managers, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth interoperability with the Medscale team.

Ø  Coordinate closely with the RevOps Manager to align contract-related processes with overall business goals.

Ø  Track contract statuses, follow up on outstanding matters, and ensure deadlines are met.

Ø  Resolve contract-related issues with a problem-solving mindset, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

Ø  Ensure compliance with contract terms and maintain attention to detail to safeguard accuracy and consistency.

Ø  Coordinate any necessary contract modifications based on client feedback or operational changes.

Ø  Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office suite, Google Sheets and Contract Creation software (Pandadoc) for contract processes - record-keeping, data analysis, and reporting.

Ø  Exhibit multitasking and cross-functional collaboration skills to manage various priorities and coordinate with internal teams.
