Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and customer-focused Senior Service Designer to join our Experience Design team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and optimization of end-to-end services that deliver meaningful customer experiences across digital and physical channels.

We are hiring on behalf of our client, an innovative technology provider, who is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer in Test. The selected professional will integrate directly into an agile development environment, collaborating closely with engineers, technology specialists, and business analysts to expand and elevate a sophisticated suite of automated acceptance and end-to-end (E2E) testing pipelines.

Operating under a remote-first framework across the UK and Europe, this permanent position offers the successful candidate the flexibility of remote working alongside access to a collaborative corporate office hub located in Moorgate, London.

Responsibilities

• Agile Governance: Leads daily delivery governance and manages cross-pod dependencies between pods for  1. Client Onboarding/Integrations and 2. Case Management/Platform).
• Release Management: Owns the release-driven Gantt chart, ensuring the five staggered releases land according to backlog readiness and Client's business priorities.
• Risk & Change Management: Proactively identifies project risks (e.g., WiseOS dependency or data model constraints) and designs mitigation strategies to prevent scope creep.
• Executive Liaison: Chairs the Steering Committee and manages commercial "NTE" (Not-To-Exceed) rails, ensuring Savant leadership has transparency into budget and project health
