Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and customer-focused Senior Service Designer to join our Experience Design team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and optimization of end-to-end services that deliver meaningful customer experiences across digital and physical channels.

About the Role

Coworker is seeking a Front Desk & Marketing Executive to serve as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the space. This role combines customer service, community engagement, administrative coordination, and communication to ensure a seamless experience for Coworker members and visitors.

Immediate Projects requirements:

• Semi-submersible and Drillship MODUs
• SPS and Contractual preparations projects
• Immediate start on long term assignments
• Project locations worldwide from US, EAU, ME, APAC

Requirements

1.  MODU PROJECT MANAGER:

Competence & Experience:

• Required  5-10 years of Project management experience on various MODU projects
• Valid PMP certification and knowledge will be beneficial
• Experience with Drillship SPS and Contractual preparations projects
• Detailed planning approach including detailed SOW work packs development, time and budgetary estimates
• Relationship with main suppliers & follow up on timely deliveries for parts and equipment
• Safety champion during the execution with full compliance with Rig owner Safety management system

The successful candidate will take operational ownership of provisioning laptops, facilitating employee onboarding, configuring high-performance developer stations, and providing advanced desktop support across multi-platform environments including macOS, Linux, and Windows. This position is highly visible internally and serves as the technical foundation for long-term growth into production engineering.

Positioned as a senior Individual Contributor (IC) role reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer (CBO), the Director of Growth Marketing will design, build, and permanently own an AI-native outbound engine.
