As a QA Engineer I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the software products. You will focus on both manual and automated testing efforts for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring that the software meets business requirements and quality standards. Manual QA Engineer (Mobile & Web API Testing) - (Remote)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Manual QA Engineer (Mobile & Web API Testing), remotely from Georgia / Poland / Serbia.

As a Manual QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of mobile applications and web APIs through manual testing. You will work closely with the development and product teams to write test cases, create test documentation, and continuously improve the testing processes. You will also be involved in patch testing, troubleshooting defects, and ensuring the stability and functionality of the applications by following agile development principles. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the testing processes and drive the quality of a rapidly evolving product.

Product Reporting and Quality Specialist

This is an on-site (non-remote) role in Aventura, FL and does require candidates to be authorized to work in the US for any employer. We do not sponsor employment visas for this position.

The Product Reporting and Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting of data, as well as establishing quality assurance practice benchmarks for air, hotel, and transfer services. This role will act as the main support system in the areas of product reporting and analysis of Crystal’s pre & post product standards.
