Principal Engineer (Remote Outside US) - Real-World Asset Minter Infrastructure

Location: Remote - Europe or on the East Coast for South America/Canada (No US)

Compensation: $200K - $225K

We are building a critical piece of infrastructure that is the first live Minter on a major protocol. Our system transforms real-world collateral, such as U.S. Treasuries, into on-chain monetary building blocks ($M). This programmable, composable foundation allows builders to create their own application-specific digital dollars. We are seeking a Principal Engineer to take full-stack ownership of the systems that power this creation and distribution.

This role begins as a high-impact Senior Individual Contributor position with broad autonomy to define architecture and set engineering practices, designed to grow into a technical leadership role. You will work directly with leadership to execute a clear, productized system vision. Your focus will be on building the institutional-grade infrastructure that enables automated minting, multi-chain liquidity, and key integrations.
