We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist – Causal Inference & Customer Loyalty to join a brand-new Business Unit (BU) supporting leading Retail and CPG clients. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced causal and predictive solutions that drive critical business decisions across customer retention, loyalty program optimization, churn mitigation, and lifecycle monetization.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing leaders, data engineers, and analytics leadership to build foundational data models and scalable algorithms that deliver measurable revenue generation from customer behavior. The ideal candidate combines strong causal inference expertise with hands-on machine learning experience and the ability to translate complex behavioral data into actionable business recommendations.

We are looking for a Senior Data Steward Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and governance of data assets within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and privacy.

Requirements

• Preference will be given to candidates located in the Plano, TX or Purchase, NY area and are able to be in office on a hybrid schedule

• Support the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) program to identify and validate data sources to fulfill IBP requirements.

• Identify data sources and partner with business and tech teams to address gaps; check that joining of different data sources generates a meaningful final dataset for a particular use case.

• Perform trend and/or pattern analysis

• Support source to target mapping (STTM)

• Conduct business-facing, data quality rule definition and capture

• Complete data cataloging for assigned assets while adhering to global governance standards
