Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Serbian.
- Provide accurate information on product availability, dosage, pricing, and usage instructions.
- Assist customers with prescription refills, order tracking, and any necessary changes to their orders.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system for compliance and follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff and other departments to ensure comprehensive customer support.
