- Assist healthcare professionals and patients with order tracking, billing issues, and service inquiries.
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain thorough records.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and address customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, new products, and service offerings to better assist customers.
