Real Estate Associate - Property Management

What you will focus on

  • Conduct research and mapping of areas, in order to locate stores for the creation of new branches
  • Have a good knowledge of the competition and be able to evaluate their dynamics
  • Evaluate the commercial and technical aspect of offered properties
  • Be able to estimate the value of properties
  • Conduct financial and technical study on the investment.
  • Negotiate for properties in order to be leased or to be purchased
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, engineers, manufacturers, and others.
