About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design System Manager to lead and accelerate the development, governance, and adoption of our enterprise design system. This is a short-term, high-impact contract role focused on establishing strong foundations, improving UI consistency, and enabling scalable frontend practices across digital platforms.

Our client is a high-growth, venture-backed organization building a generational open-source security infrastructure platform for the AI era. The engineering team are seeking talented Design Engineers based in either the Americas or San Francisco to own and elevate the user-facing experience of this rapidly growing platform. Our client views developer experience as a core product philosophy and obsesses over intuitive design and polished interfaces. This role is ideal for a deeply technical individual who possesses a sharp eye for aesthetics and the ability to build features end-to-end, with a heavy focus on frontend excellence (approximately 70%) and a supporting contribution to the backend (approximately 30%).
