About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position based on Hamilton Island. Reporting to the Customer Service & Sales Manager, the Reservations Consultant will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with enquiries and booking their ideal experiences.

The successful candidate will handle reservation requests from multiple channels (email, telephone, digital portals), aiming to maximize hotel revenue, enhance the pre-arrival guest experience, and ensure accuracy of information in the hotel PMS.
