Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding aviation services, flight bookings, and airport procedures via phone, email, and chat in Serbian.
- Assist customers with ticket purchases, changes, and cancellations while providing information on policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues related to baggage, flight status, and other travel-related concerns.
- Document customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with airline partners and internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
