This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist customers with inquiries related to accommodations, travel bookings, and tourism services, all while providing support in Dutch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Provide detailed information on available services, promotions, and travel guidelines.
- Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Effectively resolve any issues or complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
