About the Role:

We are looking for a visionary Head of SAP Finance Product to bridge the gap between financial strategy and technical execution. In this pivotal role, you will not just "manage" our SAP landscape; you will own it as a Product. As a Senior Document Controller you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient document control and information management within our Atlantic region. Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Project Technical Managers within the region.

You will use different systems such as ProArc and Unisea, as well as providing training for new users in these. You will be required to analyse the client’s requirements to execute the project and organize activities in line with project administrative requirements will also be an important part of your job.

You will define specific instructions to Engineering Disciplines and other participants regarding the documentation to be supplied to the Client and the documentation to be obtained from Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Project Manager.
• Experience working with complex product logic in marketing, fintech, or crypto environments.
• Strong skills in structuring requirements and writing clear documentation.
• Experience collaborating closely with development teams.
• English level B1+ (for documentation and communication).

1. MODU PROJECT MANAGER:

Competence & Experience:

• Required  5-10 years of Project management experience on various MODU projects
• Valid PMP certification and knowledge will be beneficial
• Experience with Drillship SPS and Contractual preparations projects
• Detailed planning approach including detailed SOW work packs development, time and budgetary estimates
• Relationship with main suppliers & follow up on timely deliveries for parts and equipment
• Safety champion during the execution with full compliance with Rig owner Safety management system
