Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the dismantling of industrial facilities within a high-demand, safety-critical environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the project, ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with the project scope, timeline, budget, and safety standards.

The Project Manager will be located in Athens and will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and serve as the key liaison between the client, the engineering teams, and company leadership. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience in dismantling, decommissioning, or heavy industrial projects

Deputy Operations Manager (Containerships)

About us

Due to the expansion of our fleet we are actively seeking for an experienced Deputy Operations Manager (Containerships).

As a part of your role, you will:

  • Coordinate and supervise day-to-day a container fleet vessels operational activities.
  • Communicate with vessels and be the shore contact to provide support for all daily vessel matters including Commercial issues, cargo handling, navigation and route optimization, vessel schedules, bunkers consumption and stemming, regulations compliance etc
  • Provide Instructions to Master regarding all matters and follow up to ensure compliance.
  • Negotiate and conclude time charter agreements.
  • Be conversant with S&P negotiations and MOA agreements.
  • Oversee time charter freight collection.
  • Oversee and control the agents’ appointments and FDAs.
  • Handle vessels incidents at sea and in port and process claims with P&I and Hull in co-operation with insurance and legal depts.
  • Coordinate a team of vessel operators, oversee their daily work-flow and provide them with supervision, support and guidelines.
  • Co-operate effectively with all company’s departments regarding the vessels commercial, technical and financial matters.

SOC Manager

·         Lead and manage the end-to-end functioning of the SOC team, ensuring 24x7 coverage.

·         Oversee daily operations, incident response quality, and compliance with SLAs.Work closely with the SOC Manager to prepare periodic threat reports, executive dashboards, and compliance status updates.

·         Develop and maintain SOC playbooks, SOPs, and reporting dashboards.

·         Conduct regular review meetings, threat landscape briefings, and knowledge sharing sessions.

·         Act as point of contact for critical escalations, audits, and client reporting.

·         Coordinate with OEMs, security architects, and client IT teams for policy updates and improvements.

·         Train and mentor L1 and L2 SOC Analysts to build internal capabilities.

·         Ensure policies for endpoints, DLP, firewall rules, and SOAR playbooks are appropriately enabled and updated as per approved change management.

·        Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and recommend corrective actions.

·         Document incidents, resolutions, and playbook adjustments for knowledge base updates.

Qualification & Skills:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

·         7–10 years of experience in SOC operations, including at least 2–3 years in a lead/managerial role.

·         Good working knowledge of EDR, SIEM, SOAR, DLP, and network security tools.

·         Relevant certifications preferred:EC-Council CEH, CompTIA CySA+, EC-Council CHFI, Cisco CyberOps Professional, or equivalent.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
