Senior Accounting Manager - Foundational Finance for the Future of Money

Location: New York City (Hybrid)

Compensation: $140K - $175K

The Senior Accounting Manager will be a critical hire, reporting to the Director of Finance and taking ownership of key financial operations, specifically bridging traditional accounting discipline with the evolving world of digital assets. You will serve as the primary controller for digital asset accounting, manage relationships with external accounting partners, and lead crucial regulatory reporting submissions.

This role requires a hands-on approach and significant ownership, ideal for a professional eager to shape processes and build scalable financial systems from the ground up within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and strong internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and close global media partners capable of delivering scalable paid acquisition — including regional publishers, ad networks, super-apps, mobile ecosystems, telcos, fintech platforms, and gaming inventory owners.
• Negotiate and activate direct media buys (contracts, IOs), including pricing models, floor rates, volumes, currencies, payment terms, and optimization SLAs.
• Build and execute partner investment strategies with forecasted CPA, LTV, blended CAC, and ROAS impact.
• Design deal-driven acquisition frameworks backed by incrementality, margin leverage, retention metrics, and cross-regional learnings.
• Own partner performance reporting and deliver actionable insights aligned with analytics teams.
