About the Role

We are currently expanding our team and seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Data Analyst. This role sits at the intersection of data, CRM, and marketing, with a strong focus on transforming data into actionable insights that drive consumer engagement, personalization, and business growth.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including media, CRM, content, and brand, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Some are located in Athens, others in Chania or Thessaloniki. Most have the option to work remote from Greece too!

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
• Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
• Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
• Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech
• Very good communication skills in English
• Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
• Computer knowledge/tech savviness
• Resourceful, able to multitask
