Reporting to our Head of Customer Success, we are looking for a Strategic (Technical) Customer Success Manager who ensures our customers derive maximum value from our products such that they renew, expand and become advocates for us in the market. We operate a matrixed Delivery operation so on day-to-day basis, the Technical  Customer Success Manager will work closely with Delivery, Product and Sales coordinating the work efforts across our organisation to ensure a successful customer outcome.

Manager/ Sr Manager - Manufacturing Analytics SME

We are seeking a Manufacturing Analytics SME to provide subject-matter expertise to build manufacturing intelligence solutions by integrating shop-floor, MES, historian, and enterprise data to enable real-time analytics and operational use cases across business units and domains.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, engaging with both internal teams and client stakeholders, and translating manufacturing data into meaningful business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide SME support in building manufacturing intelligence applications 
  • Advise on the integration of MES, historians (GE Predix / OSI Pi), and enterprise data platforms
  • Enable use cases such as Predictive/Preventive Maintenance, Digital Twin, Production & Process Monitoring, and OEE
  • Support development of real-time and near real-time shop-floor analytics
