Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and technically minded Website Optimisation Executive to join our Marketing team.  Reporting to the Senior Web Strategy & Optimisation Manager, you will support the development, optimisation, and performance of our websites and customer portals.  This role involves maintaining and and updating our digital platforms, while optimising onsite performance through a data driven, test and learn approach. 

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys working on front end website updates, CMS development (primarily Webflow), technical optimisation, and UX improvements. Gritter Francona is looking for an EHR Provisioning Analyst to help support the full lifecycle deployment and implementation of the Oracle EHR system throughout Veterans Affairs hospitals.

This individual will support planning, execution, and coordination of User Role Assignment and Provisioning for a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. You will assist site leadership with the timely completion of provisioning activities, including data validation and processing. The Analyst will ensure end users have the required access in accordance with client processes and collaborate with User Role Assignment Coordinators (URACs) to ensure proper provisioning is completed in alignment with scheduled events and user role requirements.
