Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch or Flemish through phone, email, and chat for all telecommunications and ICT-related queries.
- Assist customers with information regarding products, services, account management, and troubleshooting.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system.
- Work closely with technical support and other internal teams to address customer needs promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and service offerings to provide informed support.
