The organization is seeking a Staff Solana Program Engineer to design, build, and maintain on-chain programs that operate under heavy transaction volume. This is a hands-on role requiring absolute technical ownership and a deep understanding of blockchain performance. On behalf of our client, we are supporting to recruit a Re-tube Tooling Expert to work in accordance with the prescribed safety procedures and regulations.

The Retube Tooling Expert serves as the technical authority for all retube tooling and process activities, ensuring that tooling design, testing, and maintenance programs are robust, compliant, and fully capable of meeting project requirements. The role provides expert oversight and acts as the primary technical interface between tooling contractors and the project owner, ensuring that all tools and processes are prepared, qualified, and performed as intended during field execution. When tooling performance issues arise, the Retube Tooling Expert applies advanced technical knowledge to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions to maintain schedule, safety, and quality objectives.

Requirements

Senior Validator Engineer (Solana)

Location: Remote - Europe only

Compensation: $180K - $300K

As a Senior Validator Engineer, you will spearhead our engineering efforts surrounding the Solana Validator (both Agave and Firedancer), driving the innovation and implementation of next-generation high-performance distributed systems. Backend Engineer (Hyperliquid Focus)

Location: Remote (EMEA Region Only) Type: Full-Time

Compensation: €90K - €130K

They are looking for a Backend Developer with a deep interest in the Hyperliquid ecosystem to join their engineering team. This is a pure backend role—no frontend or design work is required. In this role, you will build secure, high-throughput systems using TypeScript and NestJS that allow applications to discover competitive quotes while protecting the network from fraudulent orders.
