Reporting to the Project Director of refurbishment, the Superintendent Quality Assurance and Quality Surveillance will utilize their refurbishment experience to achieve project objectives on time, on budget and in compliance with applicable quality assurance and safety standards.

Reporting commissioning problems and participating in their diagnosis and resolution. Interfacing as required with all groups involved directly or indirectly with the commissioning of systems. Preparing commissioning reports. Preparing Return to Service (RTS) procedures for assigned systems post-refurbishment.
