We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading property developer in Cyprus and Greece, a Construction Manager for one of their biggest projects based in Paphos.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and monitoring the execution of all construction-related works, ensuring that the project is delivered in full compliance with approved construction drawings, contract documents, technical specifications, health and safety regulations, and all applicable standards. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the execution and delivery of all villas of a specific project, ensuring high standards of quality, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to agreed schedules and budgets.
