Gritter Francona is looking for a Videographer that will be responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality video content supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) National Center for PTSD's educational media initiatives. The Videographer films task-related events, interviews, presentations, and supplemental footage used in the development of animated and live-action educational products and may perform post-production editing to create final deliverable products.

Working collaboratively with project managers, video producers, scriptwriters, subject matter experts (SMEs), animated graphic/visual artists, and Government stakeholders, the Videographer ensures that all video content supports the National Center for PTSD's mission to provide evidence-based, accessible, and trauma-informed educational resources. Video products must accurately convey scientific and clinical information while maintaining a serious, compassionate, and hopeful tone that encourages treatment engagement among Veterans, trauma survivors, caregivers, healthcare providers, and the general public.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality video content and motion graphics that support the events, campaigns, and overall brand presence. This role requires both creativity and technical expertise, with the ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery.

Core Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit event content (recaps, reels, interviews, speaker clips, crowd energy).
  • Create social-first content optimised for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media.
  • Design and animate intros, title cards, lower-thirds, GIFs, and motion graphics.
  • Adapt brand assets (logos, colors, templates) into engaging video and animated formats.
  • Deliver campaign-ready videos and animations with fast turnaround.
  • Manage video assets, versioning and file organisation for multiple platforms.
