Ο οποίος / η οποία θα αναλάβει τις μελέτες εξοικονόμησης και διαχείρισης ενέργειας των καταστημάτων της εταιρείας. Η θέση αναφέρεται στην προϊστάμενη του Τμήματος Ενέργειας.

Οι αρμοδιότητές σου

·         Αναλαμβάνεις μελέτες εγκατάστασης μετρητικού εξοπλισμού για τις κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις του Ομίλου

·         Αναλαμβάνεις μελέτες συστημάτων ΑΠΕ

·         Παρακολουθείς και αναλύεις ενεργειακά δεδομένα

·         Εφαρμόζεις διαδικασίες ISO 50001

·         Παρακολουθείς και επιβλέπει την πορεία των project και των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων τους

·         Πιστοποιείς την ορθή εκτέλεση και εξέλιξη των project

Το προφίλ σου

·         Απόφοιτος-η σχολής ΑΕΙ Ηλεκτρολόγων ή Μηχανολόγων Μηχανικών

·         Σχετική προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση

·         Άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), MS Project

·         Γνώση σχεδιαστικών προγραμμάτων AutoCAD, PVSyst

·         Γνώση του προτύπου ISO 50001 εγκαταστάσεις

Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, the Credit Controller will be responsible for general administration and the processing of credit checks and calling customers to discuss their outstanding debts or failed payments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Calling customers daily to discuss payment of returned direct debit payments, payment for outstanding debts and customers who have cancelled the direct debit instructions
• Dealing with applications forms.
• Contacting customer regarding the Exposure on the fuel cards and expired credit limits
• Dealing with additional card orders, card limits and change of details
• Other ad hoc duties include, understanding of cleared balances to keep accounts open, working with credit insurance brokers and credit rating agency.
• Dealing with customer queries in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Then recording all customer information on emails or calls received to maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
• Interacting with the Sales Team regarding customer fuel card accounts, recording details on our in-house systems, email and phone.
• Liaise with the Credit & Collections Supervisor regarding sending letter before actions and payment plans
• Any other duties as may be reasonably required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the navigation, communication and electronic systems on board vessels. More specifically, the Service Engineer will be providing equipment and service support for the navigation products and ensure cost efficient services and spare part supplies.

• University Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Software/Network Engineering or any other related field.

The successful candidate will be responsible to process and coordinate navigation and communication services enquiries. More specifically, the Operations Officer will have to implement the full operations cycle from the enquiry to after sales support.

The Marine Operations Team is part of Harbor Lab’s Partners Support Department, which is responsible for assisting our platform users—including Port Agents, Vendors, and Shipping Companies. 

As a Junior Partners Support Agent, you will play a key role in supporting external stakeholders, primarily Port Agents, while also providing assistance to Shipping Companies.
