Als Field Service & Project Operations consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van hoogwaardige consultancydiensten op het gebied van met name Dynamics 365 Field Service & Project Operations. Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het onderhouden en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen, met een focus op het Field Service & Project Operations -domein.

Je bent onderdeel van een klantteam (ca 10 collega’s) waarbij je gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk bent voor de klanten die in het team bediend worden. Je doet het dus niet alleen, je neemt deel in projecten om de lifecycle van onze klanten optimaal te leren kennen en te bedienen. Naast het afhandelen van verstoringen en wijzigingsverzoeken/optimalisaties geef je dus ook advies om de klantprocessen te optimaliseren.

Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, projectteams, service delivery managers en andere belanghebbenden om ervoor te zorgen dat alle systemen naadloos samenwerken en voldoen aan de bedrijfsbehoeften.
