FullStack Engineer

We are looking for a FullStack Engineer with a strong backend focus to help build and scale Enterprise products.

You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop partner-facing experiences, widgets, and internal applications.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain frontend applications, widgets, partner portals, and landing pages.
  • Design and implement backend services and APIs.
  • Prototype new partner integrations and B2B solutions.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Designers from requirements to production.
  • Own features end-to-end, including deployment and support.
  • Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
  • Actively leverage AI tools to accelerate development and increase productivity.

Requirements

Backend

  • Commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Experience building and maintaining REST APIs.
  • Good understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis.
  • Understanding of asynchronous patterns and message queues.
  • Familiarity with JWT and OAuth2.

The Service Desk Technician provides Level 1 and 2 support for technology devices and applications in the workplace. The role is responsible for timely resolution of incidents and requests received at the Help Desk. The Technician is responsible for provision, build and configuration of company issued devices and those that are in our facilities. They are responsible for initial triage, support and resolution of application incidents and provisioning requests. The technician adheres to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes through consistent logging and resolution of tickets logged in the system.
