About the role:

The Bilingual Sales Specialist (commission only) plays a pivotal role in fostering fresh business connections within our established network of merchants. You will focus on one of two key areas: reaching out to merchants to drive sign-ups, or engaging with borrowers to offer Financeit credit or insurance on their loans. With an ambitious expansion strategy ahead, we seek proactive, entrepreneurial-minded professionals to propel us towards our next phase of growth!

This is a fully remote, commission-based role within Canada, offered as an ongoing contract starting with a one-year term.

What you’ll do:

We are looking for a System Analyst / Project Manager with experience working with payment providers and development teams

Responsibilities:

• Work with product and business requests related to payments.
• Prepare and update documentation for tasks.
• Decompose tasks together with the tech lead.
• Define deadlines and monitor delivery.
• Track development progress and report on status.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with payment provider integrations.
• Strong collaboration skills with development teams.
• Experience analyzing and improving payment flows.
• English level B1+ (for documentation and communication).
