Mercier Consultancy MD is on the lookout for a skilled Italian Social Media Content Moderator to become an integral part of our team in Athens. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing user-generated content across a variety of social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive and inclusive online environment for our Italian-speaking audience while adhering to community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and assess social media content in Italian, ensuring compliance with established community standards.
• Engage with users through comments and direct messages, responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and report any content that violates community guidelines or exhibits inappropriate behavior.
• Monitor trends in user interaction to provide actionable insights that can enhance moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to optimize content strategies and improve user engagement.

The Tech Compliance Data Clerk plays a key role in supporting the DSI technician onboarding process. This position is responsible for accurate data entry, timely communication, and thorough compliance tracking for technicians across multiple Tech Offices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining clear, consistent communication with both internal teams and external partners.

Success in this role is essential to maintaining the department’s strong reputation, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
