Responsibilities

The key focus for the senior data architect is to perform planning aligned to key data solutions, build and participate the architecture capability building, performdata architecture and design, manage data architecture risk and compliance, provide design and build governance and support and communicate and share knowledge around the architecture practices, guardrails, blueprints and standards related to the data solution design.

• Lead data solution requirements gathering and ensure alignment with business objectives and constraints.
• Define and refine data architecture runways for intentional architecture with the key stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall industry experience specifically in data engineering
• Strong knowledge of data engineering principles, data integration, and data warehousing concepts
• Very Strong technical developer ( Pyspark, Python, DBX, Azure DE stack (ADF, Logic apps, devOps – CI/CD)).
• Preferably Databricks or Microsoft certified Engineer (advanced level certifications)
• Hands on person, should be able to write code as he needs to work on complex user stories

• Very good at understanding and has ability to implement published common data architecture patterns in Azure.
