They are seeking a Founding Software Engineer for a high-impact, non-narrow role with end-to-end ownership. You will operate across the full stack and infrastructure, contributing directly to systems that push the frontier of AI evaluation.

Our client, an AI company focused on dramatically accelerating semiconductor design, is seeking a world-class ML leader to architect and own their entire AI roadmap. They are solving the critical problem of exponentially increasing chip design costs by providing an integrated AI agent and code editor workflow to make silicon engineers 4x more productive. This is a foundational role where you will define the technical trajectory across the platform, including code generation, reinforcement learning, and layout optimization.

This position requires a deep, hands-on expert who can lead a growing ML team while actively contributing to the technical work.
