The Product Marketing Manager serves as a critical bridge between the product and the global market. This is a strategic, hands-on role that owns the full customer lifecycle.   • Collect partner requests, issues, and feedback; create tasks, tickets, and bug reports for product and tech teams.
  • Track partner activity, performance, and communication in CRM (Monday CRM).
  • Help partners reach better results by suggesting promotion approaches, product use cases, and referral mechanics.
  • Proactively identify problems, opportunities, and growth hypotheses based on partner feedback and behavior.
  • Collaborate closely with Affiliate Managers, Referral Managers, Support, Product, and Marketing teams.
