We are seeking an elite Backend Engineer to design and scale the complex systems powering seamless fiat-to-crypto flows, real-time risk decisions, and rock-solid financial records for a 24/7 system.

You will own mission-critical systems and services at the core of our platform, working on high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems. This role requires deep technical expertise at the intersection of payments, compliance, risk, and on-chain infrastructure.

Senior Backend Engineer - Stablecoin Infrastructure

Location: Remote - Based in EST timezone

Compensation: $175K - $225K

Founding Engineer

What you'll do:

• Provide tier 3 support for complex infrastructure and application issues.

• Perform system performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery testing. 

• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools. 

Financial systems support 

• Manage and support financial applications such as ERP systems and reporting tools. 

• Ensure systems meet security standards.
