As a Compliance & Vigilance Manager you will be responsible to manage the Quality Assurance (QA) Vigilance and Compliance team for the Medical Care.

Your Main responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the QA Vigilance & Compliance team.
• Define and implement quality and compliance requirements across vigilance activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal procedures.
• Provide quality oversight and support for vigilance processes and documentation.
• Manage third-party quality activities and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Oversee compliance processes and KPI monitoring for regulatory safety reporting.
• Support regulatory inspections and partner audits (ANSM, FDA, etc.).
• Promote quality culture, continuous improvement, and regulatory intelligence.

About the role:

The Bilingual Client Success Specialist is responsible for working with our newly approved merchants to train and coach them on the Financeit product and to provide customer support for existing merchants primarily in the Quebec market. o   Digital Marketing Campaigns: Participate in the planning, content creation and execution of campaigns across various channels utilizing comprehensive knowledge of company product offerings to create and optimize digital marketing strategies engagement and conversions.  Analyze campaign results to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization and strategic decision-making.

o   Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing newsletters and campaigns to nurture leads and engage partners utilizing comprehensive knowledge of company product offerings and ProAV industry.
