Founding Engineer - Full-Stack AI Compliance Platform

Location: On site - New York

Compensation: $200K - $250K

We are a rapidly growing AI and Security company that has already disrupted industry incumbents since launching in 2025. We are building the AI-native compliance platform that automates security and compliance (SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, GDPR) using AI agents, turning months-long processes into days. We are looking for a Founding Engineer—a true builder ready to own features end-to-end and define the technical DNA of our product.

This is not a narrow role; we seek a full-stack builder who can execute across the entire product lifecycle. You will have deep ownership over critical, high-leverage projects, collaborating directly with the founders to move the business forward. Your code quality and product sense will set the standard for the entire engineering organization.

What You'll Do:

Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Platform)

Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site, 4-5 days/week)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $120K - $180K

Requirements

1. MODU PROJECT MANAGER:

Competence & Experience:

• Required  5-10 years of Project management experience on various MODU projects
• Valid PMP certification and knowledge will be beneficial
• Experience with Drillship SPS and Contractual preparations projects
• Detailed planning approach including detailed SOW work packs development, time and budgetary estimates
• Relationship with main suppliers & follow up on timely deliveries for parts and equipment
• Safety champion during the execution with full compliance with Rig owner Safety management system
