We are building the backbone of blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era, leveraging deep expertise in cryptography, infrastructure, and security. We are seeking a VP of Business Development to spearhead our regional expansion and establish us as the trusted partner for financial institutions and fintechs across Latin America (LATAM). This high-impact role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Reporting to the Head of Americas, you will own the go-to-market strategy in LATAM, driving significant revenue growth and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You will act as the senior representative in key markets, responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing high-value enterprise deals. As the largest builder product on our core platform, we have processed north of $50 billion in cumulative trading volume and achieved eight figures in revenue in the past year. We are a small, highly technical team focused on results, and are seeking a Lead Protocol Engineer to architect and scale our smart contract infrastructure on HyperEVM.

You will be the technical owner and lead protocol developer, responsible for the design, implementation, and deployment of smart contracts on the HyperEVM. This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who thrives in a low-process, high-trust, and ambiguous 0-to-1 environment. You will be building DeFi primitives and trading infrastructure designed to scale to millions of traders and billions in daily volume.

This position is focused on building a blazing-fast frontend and an SDK for a cross-chain Decentralized Exchange (DEX) utilizing multi-party computation, chain signatures, secure enclaves, and intent-based architecture. You will work in a fast-paced startup environment, taking an active role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, defining both the application's look and functionality.

You will lead the design and implementation of our smart contract infrastructure for both core and new initiatives. This is a critical, high-ownership role where you will drive protocol architecture, security, and optimization across multiple chains supporting millions of users. You will champion the voice of the user, align cross-functional teams, and set the direction for how users discover, interact with, and build trust in digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the holistic user experience vision and roadmap, ensuring experiences are intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary design team (UX, UI, Research, and Content) to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.
• Establish and enforce design principles and frameworks for transparency, error handling, and user control.
