About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring smooth order processing and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming goods and record them in the system.
• Organize and store products appropriately to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure accurate loading.
• Manage and update inventory using ERP/WMS systems.
• Collaborate closely with other teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, sales).

The Pharmacist will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and effective management of pharmaceutical products across our operations in Singapore. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Unimed’s Quality Management System (QMS), maintains employee training and compliance records, oversees controlled substance management, and provides product substitutions to meet customer and operational needs while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical supply environment (international experience a plus).
• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree; active license to practice as a pharmacist in [relevant jurisdiction].
• Strong knowledge of controlled drug regulations and pharmaceutical compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a regulated environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to train, mentor, and oversee staff in compliance-related matters.
