The Field Support Representative (AT&T) plays a critical role in ensuring consistent, high-quality retail execution across assigned locations. This role is primarily focused on daily in-store visits, maintaining brand standards for AT&T, supporting retail staff, and capturing field-level insights. Representatives are the frontline ambassadors of AT&T in the field, ensuring that every store visit drives operational excellence and customer readiness.

Specific Responsibilities:

As Head of Revenue Operations, you will own the commercial performance of GoMining's direct revenue channels.

You will be responsible for optimizing sales operations, VIP management, retention, cross-sell initiatives, and commercial efficiency. Working closely with business owners and leadership, you will define priorities, improve unit economics, and ensure every commercial initiative delivers measurable business impact.

This is a strategic role that combines commercial operations, analytics, pricing, and revenue optimization.

• Own the operational performance of all direct revenue channels, including Sales, VIP, and Retention.
• Align priorities, customer segmentation, and execution plans with business owners.

Projects may be VHA-wide or localized to one or multiple VHA program offices.

The SME will provide strategic and operational support for implementation management, performance improvement, strategic performance measurement, programmatic outcomes, resource planning, and evaluation.
