GoMining runs a portfolio, not a single product: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Simple Earn, Wallet, Miner Wars, Academy, Travel, Launchpad and the VIP programme. Each of them ships, launches and promotes on its own rhythm — and today those messages reach the same user through the same channels without a single owner making sure they add up to one coherent story.

That owner is this role.

You'll sit at the centre of marketing as the connective layer between product go-to-market, brand, performance, content, CRM, community, design and PR. Half the job is orchestration: owning the communications calendar and running launches end to end, on time, across every channel. The other half is the message: making sure what we say about any product is clear, consistent, on-brand and worth a user's attention.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with company-wide visibility. You will not manage a team — you will manage the flow of work between several of them.

We operate like a holding company with the speed of a startup: small teams with real ownership and accountability.

The Role

eJam has grown faster than its management layer. We have strong brand leaders and specialists, more than 100 people across more than a dozen countries, and 12 open seats. What we do not yet have is one operating rhythm that connects the executive team to each brand and each department. The Chief of Staff builds that rhythm and runs it.

This is an operator's role, not an advisory one. You will own how eJam plans, meets, decides, documents and follows through, and you will spend your first 90 days inside the growth and marketing teams, where the handoffs between creative, media buying, conversion, retention and marketplace need the most work. You do not own a P&L. You make sure the people who do own one deliver what they committed to.

Traditional SaaS platforms force companies into rigid workflows requiring months of forward-deployed engineering, while custom agency builds cost millions and rarely scale beyond proofs of concept. By leveraging autonomous coding agents, our client automates the forward-deployed engineering layer—capturing desktop workflows, mapping business logic, and deploying custom, AI-native software stacks tailored to each client.

As a FDE / AI Engineer, you will build the core architecture of this software factory. You will own the full end-to-end stack—from high-throughput telemetry capture and privacy pipelines to knowledge graphs and autonomous software generation agents. This role requires exceptional technical capability, a product-first mindset, and extreme dedication to building a category-defining company.
