Quant Engineer

Location: Shanghai

On-Site | Full-time

Compensation: $150K–$200K + equity

Our client is an innovative quantamental investment platform that empowers investors to build, share, and collaboratively execute sophisticated trading playbooks. The platform covers the entire investment lifecycle, including financial modeling, data visualization, quantitative strategy development, event-driven backtesting, and real-time dashboard monitoring. Designed to seamlessly convert strategic ideas into live execution parameters without requiring code, the platform fosters collaborative intelligence to turn individual research into a powerful, shared edge.

On behalf of this client, we are seeking a top-tier Quant Engineer to build and scale the core, production-grade trading engine that powers the platform's execution layer. This is a pure systems and infrastructure engineering position, rather than a quantitative strategy or research role. The successful candidate will focus heavily on infrastructure, architectural correctness, and high-level reliability across the end-to-end framework: from research and event-driven simulation to paper trading, live order routing, and real-time execution.

Senior Quality Engineer

About LawnStarter

LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, with over $100M in annual bookings. We're expanding beyond lawn care to become the one-stop shop for all home services, operating across three brands (LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome) on a single shared platform.

About Engineering at LawnStarter

We've spent the last two years rebuilding the platform from the ground up: new customer app, new Pro onboarding, job distribution engine, and data infrastructure. The foundation is solid. Now we're moving into expanded service verticals, dynamic pricing, and AI-powered features at scale. Quality needs to keep up.

Our stack is PHP (Laravel) and React/React Native, with Cypress as our primary test framework. We actively use Claude Code as part of our engineering workflow, not as an experiment, but as a core part of how we work.

The Role

As we scale into new service verticals and grow the engineering team, quality can't be reactive. This role exists to make quality proactive: owning the automation coverage, shaping the bug process, and partnering closely with Product, Design, and the Data team to catch problems before they reach customers.

Head of Product

Remote | Full-time

Compensation: $180K - $225K

Our client is building the foundational product layer for the next major wave of onchain participants: autonomous, always-on, and incentive-aware AI agents. Having spent years at the frontier of consumer crypto—converting human attention into millions of onchain actions—our client possesses a powerful engine of distribution, incentive coordination, and proof of action. As agents evolve into economic actors capable of reasoning, holding value, and responding to incentives, this established infrastructure serves as an unfair advantage to capture the emerging agentic economy.

Our client is seeking a visionary Head of Product to own the product vision and strategy. This individual will transition a fast-moving thesis into high-scale products utilized by both humans and agents. Operating as a peer to the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will build and scale the product function from scratch. This role is designed for a strategic leader who maintains a builder's mindset and is eager to execute at the ground level.

Our client is a fast-growing, enterprise-grade software organization committed to supporting, developing, and servicing a leading open-source, proof-of-stake distributed ledger platform. As an EVM-compatible network built to meet the rigorous demands of global developers and institutions, the platform prioritizes speed, security, stability, and sustainability, and is governed by industry-leading organizations across multiple sectors and regions.

As the platform scales with new protocol upgrades, EVM-compatible services, cross-chain infrastructure, and cryptographic primitives, managing the expanding attack surface is paramount. The Product Security Engineer will be responsible for embedding security directly into the product development lifecycle, ensuring that security remains a first-class property of every protocol upgrade, smart contract, and node shipped to production. This role focuses on hands-on vulnerability discovery, adversarial testing, and proactive threat mitigation before code reaches production.

Director of Product Management

About LawnStarter

LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, with over $100M in annual bookings. We operate across three brands (LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome) on a single shared platform, and we've been profitable for two years running. We're expanding beyond lawn care to become the one-stop shop for all home services.

About Product at LawnStarter

Home services is a massive, broken market. For homeowners, getting reliable, fairly priced service is a hassle of phone tag, no-shows, and surprise quotes. For the Pros who do the work, running a business means chasing customers, dead time between jobs, and unpaid admin. LawnStarter is the marketplace that fixes both sides.

We proved the model with lawn care — it works at scale, profitably, across millions of jobs. In the last year we extended it to a second service: pool cleaning, now live in select markets. Getting there meant building the first version of a product that can onboard customers and Pros, match the two sides, get the job done, and handle the exceptions when it doesn't go to plan.

The Role

This is LawnStarter's first Director of Product Management — the leader between the VP of Product and a team of three PMs (and the hires that follow).

Director of Growth Marketing

Our client is building the foundational financial infrastructure that powers the next generation of cross-border fintech. The organization’s global USD account infrastructure and payment APIs enable fintechs, embedded finance platforms, and financial institutions to seamlessly move money across emerging markets, including Latin America and Africa. Backed by top-tier venture capital firms, the company is focused on delivering faster, cheaper, and more reliable cross-border transactions to foster fair global economic opportunity.

The organization is currently at an inflection point. Following the launch of a brand-new global USD product and a successful Series A funding round, the company is scaling its revenue engine. Positioned as a senior Individual Contributor (IC) role reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer (CBO), the Director of Growth Marketing will design, build, and permanently own an AI-native outbound engine. This strategy prioritizes intelligent systems and agentic workflows over headcount expansion. The successful candidate will manage the full stack—from Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition and signal identification to multi-source enrichment, personalized sequencing, and pipeline reporting.
