We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics initiatives focused on improving forecasting model accuracy and developing Generative AI solutions for explainability. This role requires a strong blend of machine learning expertise, forecasting experience, deep learning knowledge, and hands-on healthcare domain understanding.

You will work closely with the internal stakeholders on upcoming business needs and have the opportunity to hire consultants for key cutting-edge jobs in data science, AI, machine learning and analytics. Growth opportunities include building a talent team and owning the recruiting activity for a line of business or entire vertical. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely.
