Our platform transforms complex business workflows across the distribution economy (e.g., quoting, claims, backlogs) into codifiable, self-running processes. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to be a technical leader in developing our core AI workflow platform.

This is a key leadership role where you will drive the platform's technical direction, quality standards, and feature development. You must be comfortable bridging technical implementation with strategic business and client needs.

What you will be doing:

Product Engineer - AI-Powered Collaborative Care Platform

Location: Hybrid - New York or Boston

Compensation: $160,000 – $225,000

What You’ll Be Working On:

Fullstack Engineer (Founding Team, High Agency)

Location: San Francisco, CA (100% On-site)

Salary Range: $150K - $200K (Flexible for highly experienced candidates)

We are seeking a high-agency Fullstack Engineer to join our intensive, high-performance team. This is a role for engineers who thrive on extreme ownership and measurable customer impact.

This role requires a high level of performance, ambition, and ownership. You will be instrumental in defining and building core features end-to-end, working directly with founders and customers.

What You'll Do:

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

Under general supervision monitors and initiates claim appeals on all insurance claims and pending receivables after final bill.  This position will be expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of general coding and billing compliance, the adjudication process and contractual obligations specific to various payers.
