About the role:

The Bilingual Sales Specialist (commission only) plays a pivotal role in fostering fresh business connections within our established network of merchants. You will focus on one of two key areas: reaching out to merchants to drive sign-ups, or engaging with borrowers to offer Financeit credit or insurance on their loans. What you’ll do:

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing international company within iGaming and online entertainment – we are looking for an experienced Swedish-speaking Regional CRM Manager to take full ownership of the Swedish market.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who truly understands Swedish player behaviour, local regulations, and CRM best practices, and who wants real influence over strategy, execution, and results.

As Regional CRM Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the full customer lifecycle strategy for Sweden. Your mission is simple (but not easy): drive engagement, retention, and long-term player value through smart, compliant, and data-driven CRM initiatives.

The role is accountable for coordinating the total cost estimate, ensuring cost credibility at AACE Class 2/3 level, structuring the financing plan (ECA-backed and sovereign-supported), and establishing robust governance of project financial risk, contingency, and exposure management. • Lead the definition and execution of the financing roadmap up to FID
• Structure and coordinate funding solutions including Export Credit Agency (ECA) backed financing, sovereign guarantees, state support mechanisms, and commercial debt.
• Support negotiations with international ECAs, commercial lenders, financial institutions, and government stakeholders.
