About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a highly skilled Vessel Master to join our team here at Journey Beyond Cruise Sydney. This is a casual position, commencing December 2025.

Availability through the Christmas and New Year's period is required for this role.

In this role, you are primarily responsible for the safe operations of the vessel, assisting with compliance and on-board maintenance, providing leadership and management of crew, and ensuring guests who join us on our luxury vessel are provided with exceptional service in our premium dining space.

You will be a team player with strong communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude, and the flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
