Senior Software Engineer, Admin Platform

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $190K - $205K

We are a well-established, well-funded B2B software company transforming modern workplaces for the hybrid work model. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our Admin Platform team, which owns the enterprise features that create a cohesive experience for our largest customers (1000+ employees). This is a high-impact role aimed at driving both customer delight and significant company revenue growth.

The Admin Platform team builds and manages critical enterprise-grade features (e.g., SCIM sync, Custom Roles, SSO) and champions cross-platform needs for large customers. You will work on customer-facing features and key architectural challenges related to scale and performance.

You Will:

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, execute and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on strong understanding of the products 

• Perform functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. 

• Identify, report, and track software defects and bugs. 

• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. 

• Continuously improve the QA process and contribute to the overall product development lifecycle. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, or information technology 

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance in the Tech industry 

• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. 

• Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. 

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
