ProBase is a free software platform for home service professionals, starting with pool maintenance operators. We're not a SaaS company charging $50/month—we're building a new on-ramp to the LawnStarter ecosystem.

The Role

This is not a typical product management role. We're looking for someone to take ProBase and run with it—like a founder, but with the backing of LawnStarter's resources, brand, and marketplace.

You'll be an individual contributor with GM-level accountability. Small team, big ownership. You won't be managing a large org; you'll be shipping product, talking to customers, and making the calls that determine whether ProBase succeeds.

Tier IV Agent 

The Tier IV Support role serves as the highest level of frontline escalation within LawnStarter’s Customer Service Operations department. This role is responsible for managing the company’s most complex, sensitive, and high impact workflows, including property damage claims, professional conduct investigations, fraud and bank disputes, LawnStarter Treatment services, and in depth bug and product issue reviews.

Tier IV agents act as the final resolution point before executive or cross functional escalation, requiring strong judgment, advanced problem solving skills, and a deep understanding of LawnStarter policies, systems, and customer experience standards. The work performed by this team directly protects the company from financial risk, reputational harm, and customer churn while ensuring fair and consistent outcomes for both customers and service professionals.

About the Growth Team

The Growth team owns customer acquisition, the engine that powers everything else. We're responsible for bringing in 150,000+ new customers per year across Google Ads, LSA, Bing, and organic channels. Paid search is our largest and most complex channel, spanning three brands (LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome) across hundreds of local markets with intense seasonality. As we expand into new verticals like pool care and other home services, you'll help build paid search playbooks for categories we've never marketed before.

The Role

You'll own paid search strategy and execution across our entire portfolio. This is an IC role; you're not managing people, you're managing millions in ad spend. You'll work directly in the accounts daily while also thinking strategically about how to scale efficiently.

What’s in it for you?

• Compensation: $30.00 - $34.00 hourly, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience 
• Sign On Bonus: Sign-on bonus of $1,000 paid out after you have successfully completed 90 days of employment. *Sign-on bonus is subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements* 
• Other Compensation: The position includes a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom manufactured home with two enclosed patios and a large shed. *Living on site is required*
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; however, weekend after-hour availability is required to open and close the pool during pool season
