What’s in it for you?

• Base Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 hourly, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience + ability to participate in after hour on-call schedule
• Sign-On Bonus: Sign-on bonus of $1,000 paid out after you have successfully completed 90 days of employment. *Sign-on bonus is subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements*
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 8am - 5pm + ability to participate in after hour on-call rotation schedule
• On-Call Rotation Schedule: Participation in after hours on-call rotation schedule is required; overtime pay is provided for on-call hours worked

We are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Admin & Operations Specialist to join the team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects of our e-commerce platform, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with multiple departments to optimize the systems and enhance the overall experience.

Your Key Activities Will Include:

• Managing daily operations of our e-commerce platform, including inventory management;
• Perform portfolio and pricing management, and related tasks;
• Ensure marketing and ecommerce systems set-up, maintenance, troubleshooting (e.g. in Shopify);
• Test, integrate, audit ecommerce and other marketing tools in line with company strategy and goals;
• Ensure data maintenance in Excel, CSV and other data management tools;
• Analyze marketing operational performance and identify areas for improvement;
• Collaborate with the marketing team.

What You Need:

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Partnership Specialist to grow our Spanish brand catalogue and develop lasting relationships with local and global partners. You will be responsible for driving market expansion, onboarding new brands, and creating sustainable partnerships that contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.

• Negotiate with leads to secure the best financial and operational terms for cooperation;
• Manage partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, rates, timelines, and operational processes;

 Part Time Specimen Collector  

Location: Marion, North Carolina

Schedule: Part-Time | Ideal Candidate:  Monday 7-9pm Tuesday 4-6pm Thursday 7-9pm

As a Specimen Collector: 

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens 
• Process and package collections for shipping
• Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory 
• Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal
• Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite 
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable)
• Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required
