What You’ll Do

• Support travellers worldwide via phone and email
• Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues
• Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners
• Arrange flights, accommodation or medical assistance when needed
• Manage cases in internal systems

The assistance centre operates 24/7, so the role includes day, evening and night shifts.

The ideal candidate will have an innovative and creative approach towards food and menu development, focusing on Mediterranean cuisine, offering a unique dining experience to the guests.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Develop and design menus that reflect the Mediterranean culinary tradition, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
  • Train, supervise, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional working environment.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen in accordance with HACCP.
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses to meet budgetary goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef/ Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
