Key Responsibilities

- Provide precise information about product availability, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
- Assist customers with the ordering process, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
