In this role, you will work with various clients to design, implement, and manage robust IT systems and infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance, security, and disaster recovery.

  • Design and implement enterprise-level IT systems across both on-premises and cloud environments, aligning technical solutions with business needs.
  • Administer cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, deploying and optimizing cloud services, virtual machines, and storage solutions.
  • Manage and troubleshoot virtualized environments using VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Design and maintain backup strategies, ensuring reliable backups and a comprehensive disaster recovery plan.

  • Implement security best practices, including user access controls, data protection, and compliance with security policies.

IT Support Engineer - Stores Support

The IT Helpdesk Department, which reports to the General Director of Organization and IT, is seeking:

IT Support Engineer – Stores Support

The new colleague will provide technical support to our store network.

Your daily responsibilities:


• Provide technical support to end users  via calls, ticketing system and emails
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues (PCs, printers, tablets ,pos devices, scanners e.t.c).
• Install and configure software applications
• Monitor and manage local network  connections (lan,switches,wifi)
• Perform routine diagnostic checks
• Ensure all requests are documented, tracked and resolved in a timely manner

• Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation
• Create and update user manuals

• Collaborate with other IT departments to improve systems, tools and processes
• Work on weekly shifts (morning /afternoon /Saturday)
